SV North Soccer Association Travel Uniform Order Form

ALL FALL 2024 ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 8/14/24 to guarantee delivery before the start of the season!

You must have your player number when you place your uniform order. Players who are new to travel soccer with SV North must email the club president, Chip Weisgerber ([email protected]) to request a number. Returning players should use their existing jersey number. If you are not sure of your number, please check with the club before placing an order.

New Travel Players must purchase a full kit which consists of:
1 navy Adidas jersey
1 light blue alternate jersey
1 pair of navy Adidas shorts
1 pair of socks

Returning players can order individual pieces as needed

SV North travel uniforms can be used for multiple seasons, as each travel player is assigned a unique club number. Returning travel players simply order additional pieces as they wear out or outgrow them.
In the long run this minimizes the uniform costs for our families.
